About the chef
Chef Craig curated the lunch menu and the kitchen menu behind it, from the prime steak French dip to the hand-tossed pizzas and the $1.99 Gold Label Double Cheeseburger.
His training began in Sicily, and he calls himself a highly trained Italian chef. Pizza runs in the family: his family's Papa Leone Pizzeria served Brooklyn for decades.
He is best known as executive chef at E11EVEN Miami, and he brings decades of hospitality experience to the Rick's kitchen.
